Usage and characteristics
The twin-shaft stirring machine is the stirring equipment of materials and water during raw materials handling. The electric motor of the equipment via reducer can drive stirring long axis and counter gear to let stirring long & short shafts operate relatively. We install stirring vane on the shafts. The long and short shafts rotate relatively. The stirring teeth mix the materials and water in the stirring box.
Adding water into stirring machine, needs add 90% of water. The water needed can decide by materials' water content and characteristics.
This machine has several features as follows:
1. The stirring teeth are designed as an array configuration of teeth bar and teeth plate. When needing to replace the worn teeth plate, only replaces the teeth plate is all right. Via quenching treatment, the teeth plate is duration practicality.
2. All the machinery application shafts (including stirring shaft) are via hardening, tempering and determining nature treatment. In usage process, it is difficult to generate shortage & bending phenomena.

Structure and Working Principle
The ordinary cutting system is mainly consisting of pneumatic column cutter and light brick cutter.
The pneumatic column cutter is mainly consist if base frame assembly, motor assembly, arm assembly, cylinder assembly, portal frame assembly, guide-bar assembly and buffer. The machine is used for cutting the mud columns and delivering the brick columns to the brick cutter quickly.

It has small section dryer chamber, tunnel dryer, fast dryer, single layer dryer chamber room
In order to save energy, reduce the CO2 and SO2 emission and take full use of the heat, green bricks are dried by the tunnel drying chamber with small size cross section. Heat resource comes from the remaining heat of the hoffman kiln.
1)Dry the green bricks in small tunnel drying chamber and the heat source comes from the residual heat of hoffman kiln/tunnel kiln
2) When the green bricks cut by cutter and arranged into groups, they are set by manual onto the dryer cart. The dryer cart is sent to the inlet of drying chamber by ferry cart. The dryer cart loaded full of green bricks is pushed into drying chamber for dryness by pusher.
3)The drying chamber adopts brick & concrete structure and the insulating layer is set on the top surface. The drying chamber work system has heating system, regulating system and moisture excluding system. The drying quality is controlled by regulating system.
4)After drying , the dried bricks are sent onto hoffman kiln /tunnel kiln by the dried brick cart, workers stack the bricks into the hoffman kiln /tunnel kiln kiln cart for burning.
5)The properly burned bricks are sent onto the Finished brick cart by workers or by robot onto tunnel kiln cart .

This producing line adopts the new type hoffman kiln. This hoffman kiln have the impeccable firing system, exhausting system and afterheat system. It will produce the regular clay sintering bricks through adjusting all the systems and make the firing temperature more reasonable.
Hoffman kiln adopts the reinforced concrete foundation, the wall be built by the normal sintering brick, the fire hole and heat suction mouth be adopted the heat proof concrete.
The 30% heat source of hoffman kiln come from internal combustion, 70% come from out injection.

Tunnel Kiln:
The tunnel kiln has a complete system of smoke discharging, cooling, waste heat releasing, pressure balancing under the kiln car, running and detecting system. Baking curve inside of the kiln is more reasonable,and production system becomes more coordinated through adjustment to those systems.
At the entrance side, there is a preparatory room, and a cut-off door between the preparatory room and the kiln pre-heating zone. There are entrance and exit doors at both ends of the tunnel kiln. Thus it effectively prevents the cold air from entering the kiln and ensure the baking system inside not be influenced by the outside condition.
Kiln roof structure: One kiln car space remained in low temperature zone on both sides, which adopts cast-in concrete top slab. For other position, clay material plate, hanger plate through davit hang under H type steel beam by cast product. Both sides firebrick wall support the main beam's weight. Refractory fibrofelt, rock wool felt, rock wool board are put on the refractory hander plate, which compose the complex insulation layer. High temperature binder is being filled up to the gap between the boards, and is being painted on the upside of the insulating layer, thus to ensure the material's insulativity and structure's durability.
