Productive Technology
Sintering bricks are produced by using clays as raw materials and adopting two-time setting and baking processes, that is Semi-stiff plastic extruding process; drying in the small section drying chamber using and baking in the Hoffman kiln process.
Main equipment has box feeder, primary roller crusher, fine pulverizing grinder, mixing and extruder, vacuum extruding machine, double tunnel small section drying chamber, Hoffman kiln.

Technological Description
For this production line, raw material is clay with better material performance. So, the raw material be treated carefully by roll type crusher, fine pulverizing grinder, mix and extruder for guarantee the grain size distribution of the material and uniformity can meet the design requirement; This producing line adopts the semi-hard plasticity extruder to forming; double tunnel drying chamber to drying, hoffman kiln for firing. This technology is more concise, all adopt the mature technology, which also can meet the design requirement. The equipment selection of this producing line is reasonable, not only can guarantee the producing capacity, but also and guarantee the product's quality.
Clay and Coal Material Prepare and Treatment
By the Bulldozer or Loader to send the raw clay to the box feeder, the box feeder adopted the valve controller, it can control the feeding quantity according to the requirements. Then, the raw clay through the belt conveyor go to double-roll crusher for crushing.
Coal will be crushed by the coal crusher and being piled up. Then by labor vehicle or loading machine send the coal to coal feeder, which adopt valve controller, can control the coal feeding quantity according to requirement. Through the belt conveyor, coal powder will go to normal rolling crusher, together with the clay crushing, coal powder and clay will be mixing completely.
The clay will receive second time mixing by fine pulverizing double roll grinder, in order to get the proper grain size. By water adding again and mix, extrude, cut up, so that to get a better molding quality.
Brick Molding
The vacuum extruder will squeeze material to clean-surface and solid-inside columns, which will be cut into the required adobes by cutter.
Extruding machine is the key equipment among the whole production line, its performance are required as follows:
1) They can meet the need of different specification and hole shapes of the brick;
2) The vacuum degree is -0.092Mpa, the extruding pressure is 2.5-3.0Mpa;
3) The hourly output per set is more than 7000pcs bricks.
4) Moisture content when molding is controlled to 15%-18%.
Brick Cutting and stacking
The columns will be cut into the required adobes by cutter, then the green brick be pulled distance by the distributing machine and stacked onto the drying car by labor. The drying cars are transported by labor to hydraulic ferry pusher at the inter end of drying chamber and be sent into the drying chamber.
The green wet brick will become to the requested semi-finished products after adding heat.
The dried car be sent into the hoffman kiln by the trailer what be pulled by the small tractor, stacking the brick into the hoffman kiln by labor.
The brick bodies go through the pre-heat, firing and cooling, then be sent to the storage yard by labor.
Brick Drying
In order to save energy, reduce the CO2 and SO2 emission and take full use of the heat, green bricks are dried by the tunnel drying chamber with small size cross section. Heat resource comes from the remaining heat of the hoffman kiln.
Green bricks come from the cutter then being put on the drying cart by man after bricks distributing and transferring machine, and then it will be sent to the drying chamber by the ferry pusher.
Brick Firing
Dried bricks via the hydraulic ferry pusher are sent to the trail car. Then, the workers push the drying car onto the trail car, then send to the Hoffman kiln for unloading, stacking and firing.
