Clay brick box feeder machine
There are two types of feeder for you choosing according to the different type of raw material:
1. Chain plate step type belt feeder: It suits the hard material, such as shale, coal gangue and etc...
2. Belt type feeder: it suits the soft material, such as clay, mud, soil and fly ash.
Belt type of brick box feeder machine
Box feeder is raw material feeding equipment of firing clay brick producing line. It can ration the needed materials, provide other equipments to process. And can mix raw materials and inner fuel to make each equipment work steadily on the producing line.
The clay box feeder for brick making factory is used for providing a constant feeding system for brick making line before crushing. It is applicable to various bulk and block materials with controllable feeding speed and adjustable feeding quantity.
Plate type box feeder machine
Plate type chian steel brick box feeder is sutibale for hard material. It can ration and even feed dealt materials to other equipment according to certain quantity. And can feed raw materials and other supplementary materials. Because the equipment adopts chain feeder structure and gear lock device, in running, the force is big, and cannot slip. The transmitting material board is made from 16 Mn steel boards, and it can avoid the material damaging transmitting board. The feeder structure are consists of motor, reducer, drive roller, driven roller and transmit belt (chain board). The power is through belt wheel input reducer to spur on drive roller to run. By transmit chain to provide raw materials to other equipment. This machine is mainly used constant feeding of material before grinding or after aging and it is a key device for whole production line.
It is used with bulldozer to store clay and feed clay continuously.
The clay supply machine consists of four parts: Storing, driving, transporting and crushing. It is mainly divided into belt type box feeder and Steel type box feeder. Box feeder is one of feeder's equipment which balances and rations the materials that you feed in. By adjusting the height of flashboard and the speed of conveyor belt, it will control the quantity of feed-in raw materials. And crush the large soft mud.

Its main working principle is that via opposite rotation of one pair of hard roller rings, the lumpy raw material entered the grinder is extruded into less than 3mm granular raw material to enhance plasticity and uniformity of raw material. Working principle of hammer crusher
The motor drives the rotor rotates of the Hammer Crusher at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series hammers. When the materials get into the working area of hammers, they are crushed by the rotating hammers of the Hammer Crusher with high rotation speed, the products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushed area by the hammers of the Hammer Crusher for being re-crushed until they reached the required size.

Usage and characteristics
The twin-shaft stirring machine is the stirring equipment of materials and water during raw materials handling. The electric motor of the equipment via reducer can drive stirring long axis and counter gear to let stirring long & short shafts operate relatively. We install stirring vane on the shafts. The long and short shafts rotate relatively. The stirring teeth mix the materials and water in the stirring box.
Adding water into stirring machine, needs add 90% of water. The water needed can decide by materials' water content and characteristics.

Structure and Working Principle
The ordinary cutting system is mainly consisting of pneumatic column cutter and light brick cutter.
The pneumatic column cutter is mainly consist if base frame assembly, motor assembly, arm assembly, cylinder assembly, portal frame assembly, guide-bar assembly and buffer. The machine is used for cutting the mud columns and delivering the brick columns to the brick cutter quickly.
The light brick cutter is mainly consist of base frame welding assembly, driving roller parts (electric motor, reducer, slide roller and etc.), shredding parts(inner/outer), power unit(electric motor, reducer, mantis arms, connecting rod, guide-bar, pushing head and etc.) , braking parts, guardrail welding and etc.
Working principle
Cutting brick columns:
It is achieved by ordinary pneumatic brick column cutter. When the extrude clay column being pushed to the portal frame and contact the resist roller, it is stopped by the resist roller. Meanwhile, the clay column push the pulley(clay column and pulley synchronization) to go forward to make the inductive switch react, the control program order the cutting cylinder start, the piston rod of cylinder push-out and drive the steel wire in the limb to cut the clay. After the clay cutting completion, the pulley go forward continuously, the roller plant resister in portal frame is forced open by the block which installed at the both sides of machine body, the portal frame is opened automatically, the clay column is send away by the belt conveyor of faster roller. Meanwhile, the pulley is bringing back to the original place by repeat-vertebra and wait for the next cutting.
Brick cutting:
It is achieved by brick cutter. The clay column which sends by brick cutter will arrived the clay column locating guard plate through the table-board roller,after the optoelectronic switch detect the clay column, through the control program to make the separation cylinder start, and pull-out the separate leader, and connect the combined arm, the power of electromotor is reduced by reducer and spindle box, the crank rocker will bring the pusher to make reciprocal rectilinear motion, while the pusher move forward, the clay column will be pushed to the steel wire to achieve the brick cutting, while the pusher move back, the separate-leader will bring back to home position by return-tension, and then to separate the combined arm, cut-off the power(rotate speed), the pusher through the proper braking and return to position nearby the end-stop point(the position for next cutting ) through the inheritance, and then waiting for next cutting.

Brick Dryer Chamber
It has small section dryer chamber, tunnel dryer, fast dryer, single layer dryer chamber room
In order to save energy, reduce the CO2 and SO2 emission and take full use of the heat, green bricks are dried by the tunnel drying chamber with small size cross section. Heat resource comes from the remaining heat of the hoffman kiln.
1)Dry the green bricks in small tunnel drying chamber and the heat source comes from the residual heat of hoffman kiln/tunnel kiln
2) When the green bricks cut by cutter and arranged into groups, they are set by manual onto the dryer cart. The dryer cart is sent to the inlet of drying chamber by ferry cart. The dryer cart loaded full of green bricks is pushed into drying chamber for dryness by pusher.
3)The drying chamber adopts brick & concrete structure and the insulating layer is set on the top surface. The drying chamber work system has heating system, regulating system and moisture excluding system. The drying quality is controlled by regulating system.
4)After drying , the dried bricks are sent onto hoffman kiln /tunnel kiln by the dried brick cart, workers stack the bricks into the hoffman kiln /tunnel kiln kiln cart for burning.
5)The properly burned bricks are sent onto the Finished brick cart by workers or by robot onto tunnel kiln cart .
Clay Fired Brick Hoffman Kiln
This producing line adopts the new type hoffman kiln. This hoffman kiln have the impeccable firing system, exhausting system and afterheat system. It will produce the regular clay sintering bricks through adjusting all the systems and make the firing temperature more reasonable.
Hoffman kiln adopts the reinforced concrete foundation, the wall be built by the normal sintering brick, the fire hole and heat suction mouth be adopted the heat proof concrete.
The 30% heat source of hoffman kiln come from internal combustion, 70% come from out injection.
Basic requirement for the field
Factory can not build in caving zone or fracture zone. Factory should be above 300 meters apart from residential area and on downwind position, because in mass production process, a few noise and dust will be produced.
Layout principle:
On the premise of meeting the requirement for the production technology, try to make the layout compaction, with short transportation line, transportation easy and smooth, passengers and goods transportation separate and not disturb each other. It accord with the demands of clean, fire proofing and safe etc. with green planting arrangement and environment protection, so that to make economic and reasonable layout and practical total graphic design. This should make good use of the landform, if necessary make the layout in vertical direction, so that to reduce the ground works.

Clay Brick Tunnel Kiln
IBRICK Tunnel kiln is an advanced and automatic technology in brick making industry.
Tunnel kiln adopt large section with inner width of 4.6meter, it is designed as a flat ceiling structure with refractory bricks. Considering bricks can not have black center and patterns, the firing fuel source is major by inner-mixing-coal, outer-casting-coal as replenish, the heat should meet the firing technology requirement. This kiln is suitable for firing products with 1600-2600KJ/Kg.
Tunnel kiln has smoke-releasing system, recycling system, waste-heat recovery system, cooling system and pressure balancing system. This kiln has following features: large section, high yield, small section temperature difference, good heat preservation effect. Meanwhile, the kiln auto-control system is equipped to ensure the baking heat parameters are stable, so the firing quality is guaranteed.
A tunnel kiln is a type of continuous working kiln that is typically open on both ends and heated centrally. Building materials, such as bricks, may be passed through the device in an uninterrupted fashion, allowing large volumes to be processed without shutting off the kiln between batches.

Automatic Computer-controlled
Tunnel Kilns are computer-controlled, continuously operating car-bottom kilns. Computer technology allows kiln car movement through the kiln to be controlled for changes in firing curves and firing temperatures. Automatic controls can be programmed to make firing changes for differences in product size and color.
High capacity
Dried bricks via the hydraulic ferry pusher are sent to the trail car. Then, the workers push the drying car onto the trail car, then send to the Hoffman kiln / tunnel kiln for unloading, stacking and firing.
Ferry Pushers move the train of cars non-stop at a predetermined rate. This method is ideal for all ceramic industries requiring high volume production and/or a continuous production process.
